Scott & Linda Brynildson
Our story
Started in 1974. Still on Railroad Ave.
Scott (of Rifle) and Linda (of Rangely) Brynildson opened the shop in 1974 with a single truck and a small storefront. Five decades later, they still own the business, still live in Rifle, and more often than not still answer the phone themselves.
Their daughter Misty works in the business today, alongside their granddaughters Sage and Brooke — three generations of the same family running the same shop. Our crew of plumbers, HVAC techs, and excavators are mostly local hires too. We’re not a franchise and we don’t plan to be.
What started as a two-person plumbing operation has grown into a full-service company handling plumbing, heating, septic, excavation, wells, and more — and the largest plumbing & heating retail counter in Rifle. The work is bigger; the values are the same.
Started B&B Plumbing in 1974. Still own and operate.

Verse of the month
Salt of the earth.
Light of the world.
Matthew 5:13–16
13
"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
14
"You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.
15
Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
16
In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

J. Marquez
Homeowner
"Called on a Sunday with a burst line. They were at the house in under an hour and didn't gouge us on the after-hours rate. Lifelong customer."
D. Jones
General Contractor
"We've used Rifle Plumbing on three separate remodels now. Fair pricing, clean work, and they actually pick up the phone."
S. Reyes
Property Owner
"Replaced our entire septic system last fall. Crew was tidy, communicative, and finished a day early. Hard to ask for more."
